Jacqueline Corona
Jacquie Corona is a vocalist based in SF, CA whose dynamic sound weaves in inspirations of jazz, latin, rock ,pop, and R&B. A graduate of San Francisco State, Jacquie studied Vocal Jazz and Latinx Studies, where she immersed herself in Jazz and Afro Cuban Ensembles. Seeking out the direction of local Bay Area musicians such as John Calloway, Kellye Gray, Michael Zisman, Destani Wolf, and Raz Kennedy, Jacquie has been able to work along-side many notable local musicians, and has a passion for bringing people and communities together with her sound. Her voice has been heard in an array of venues like SFJAZZ and Mr. Tipple’s. She is also a CMC artist in residence for the Mariachi program taught across SFUSD’s schools.
